Nehmat Mongia

A National Institute of Design graduate, is a renowned designer and artist specializing in creating value from waste. Recognized with national awards and scholarships from prestigious institutions like the Ministry of Culture and Dhirubhai Ambani - Reliance Trust, her innovative projects focus on waste glass upcycling.

Monick Mongia

Monick Mongia, boasting over 25 years of experience in garment manufacturing, he is the Managing Director of Karigar Niryat Pvt Ltd. He has extensive experience in setting up and operating a dozen large-scale sustainable manufacturing units in Noida.

Geetanjali Mongia

A woman entrepreneur, founded Karigar in 2008, She promoted Indian artisans' skills. With her passion and rapport with craftspersons, Geetanjali empowered the workforce, fostering a culture of growth. Additionally, she showcased Indian handicrafts on international platforms promoting the country's rich artistic heritage.
